Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VegasRoomDeals.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Young & Company LLC (“VegasRoomDeals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, submitting content, or selecting a booking link, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What VegasRoomDeals provides

VegasRoomDeals is an independent hotel-discovery, comparison, editorial, and affiliate-referral website focused on Las Vegas lodging. Unless a checkout page expressly identifies VegasRoomDeals as the seller, we do not own or operate hotels, control hotel inventory, set hotel policies, or act as the merchant of record for reservations.

2. Third-party reservations

A “View Deal,” “Book,” or similar link may send you to a hotel, online travel agency, or other booking partner. Your reservation is made with that third party, not with VegasRoomDeals. The partner’s terms, privacy policy, cancellation rules, refund rules, age restrictions, identification requirements, payment rules, and dispute procedures apply. Review the partner’s final checkout page before paying. Questions about a completed third-party reservation, charge, cancellation, refund, room assignment, overbooking, or hotel service must be directed to the hotel or booking provider shown on the confirmation.

3. Prices, fees, holds, and availability

Hotel rates, room types, photographs, availability, taxes, mandatory resort or destination fees, parking charges, deposits, and policies can change without notice. We aim to show the total mandatory price clearly whenever live pricing is displayed, but the booking provider’s final checkout page controls. Taxes and charges that cannot reasonably be calculated in advance may be shown separately. Optional products and services may cost extra.

An incidental or security hold is generally a temporary authorization against available funds and is not necessarily part of the room price. The amount and release timing are controlled by the hotel and financial institution. VegasRoomDeals does not guarantee when held funds will become available.

4. Room information and photographs

Room photographs may be representative of a named room category. Views, floor, furnishings, renovations, accessibility features, and individual room details are not guaranteed unless the booking offer expressly confirms them. Verify any feature that is essential to your stay directly with the booking provider or hotel before purchase.

5. Editorial and historical content

Property histories, former-site information, attractions, neighborhood descriptions, travel guides, rankings, and other editorial materials are provided for general informational purposes. We work to use reliable sources, but historic accounts can conflict and present-day details can change. This content is not professional, legal, financial, safety, accessibility, or travel advice and is not a guarantee of current conditions.

6. Affiliate relationships and advertising

VegasRoomDeals may receive a commission or other compensation when you follow certain links or complete qualifying reservations or purchases. This generally does not increase the price you pay. Paid relationships, sponsored placements, and material connections will be disclosed clearly where required. Additional details appear in our Affiliate Disclosure.

7. Accounts and security

If accounts are offered, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law. Logged-in sessions expire after 15 minutes without activity and may also be terminated for security, maintenance, suspected misuse, or violation of these Terms. We may require reauthentication or additional verification.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to create an account or submit information. Hotels and booking providers may impose higher minimum check-in ages or require a qualifying payment card and government-issued identification.

9. User submissions

If we enable reviews, photographs, comments, or other submissions, you retain ownership of your content. You grant Young & Company LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the Site and its marketing until you remove it or your account, subject to reasonable backup and legal-retention periods. You represent that you own the submission or have permission to provide it and that it does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Do not submit identification documents, payment-card details, booking confirmation numbers, precise travel schedules, or other sensitive information in public content. We may reject or remove submissions that are unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, irrelevant, unsafe, or inconsistent with these Terms. We will not require a consumer to give up the right to post an honest review.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Site to violate law or another person’s rights; attempt unauthorized access; probe or bypass security; introduce malware; scrape or harvest personal information; send automated requests that unreasonably burden the Site; manipulate prices, rankings, referrals, reviews, or analytics; impersonate another person; or use Site content to build a competing database without written permission. We may rate-limit, block, suspend, preserve evidence of, or report suspected abuse.

11. Intellectual property

The Site’s original software, layout, text, graphics, branding, compilations, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Young & Company LLC and are protected by applicable law. Hotel, casino, travel-provider, and third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

12. Site availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; correct errors; remove content; or restrict access when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or attack-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, internet failures, security events, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that every rate is the lowest available, that content is complete or current at every moment, or that a third party will honor an offer displayed in error. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Young & Company LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, travel interruption, or loss arising from a hotel or booking provider. Our aggregate liability arising from the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months or $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Young & Company LLC from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit. This provision does not require indemnification for our own unlawful conduct.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any nonwaivable consumer rights, claims relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort for at least 30 days to resolve it through written notice submitted through our contact page. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where appropriate.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site and its services change. The effective date above will be revised when changes are published. If an update materially affects registered users, we will provide notice as required by law and request renewed acceptance when appropriate. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

18. General provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented for a particular service form the agreement concerning use of the Site.
