Information you choose to provide

If you join the early-access list, we store your email address, the date and time, the signup source, and a record of your permission. We use this information for the launch alert and occasional Las Vegas hotel-deal messages. We do not sell your email address.

Newsletter permission is separate from your optional analytics choice. We do not place newsletter email addresses or subscriber identifiers in our booking-link tracking parameters.

Optional site analytics

Optional first-party analytics are off until you allow them through Privacy choices. If you allow analytics, we record the page or hotel viewed, event time, referring website domain, general device type, and a pseudonymous daily visitor code derived from an IP address using a private key. These records help us understand visits and improve the site. They are processed on our server.

We do not save a raw IP address in this analytics log or attach your newsletter email address to these records. The daily visitor code is pseudonymous, not anonymous, and estimates visits rather than identifying people by name. Query strings are excluded from the page path and only the referring website's domain is recorded.

You can withdraw permission through Privacy choices. This stops future optional analytics recording on that browser; it does not automatically delete previously collected records. We also keep optional analytics off when the browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.

Cookies and technical logs

First-party session cookies help protect forms and private dashboard access. A first-party preference cookie remembers your privacy choice for up to 180 days and includes the choice, its version, and the time it was saved. Clearing that preference cookie returns optional analytics to off. These cookies serve the requested security and preference functions.

Our hosting provider may keep technical access and security logs that include IP addresses. Rejecting optional analytics does not disable essential site functions or hosting security logs.

Booking partners and affiliate tracking

When approved booking links become available, we may earn commissions from qualifying bookings. A link may send you through an affiliate network to a hotel or booking provider. Those services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information, referral or click identifiers, and booking information needed to attribute a commission. Their privacy policies and terms apply to their services.

Before enabling an affiliate integration, we will identify the services actually used, update this notice to describe the tracking involved, and configure any required tracking choices. Allowing our site analytics does not give permission for additional affiliate or advertising tracking. Our Privacy choices page controls our own analytics and does not change settings on another company's website.

Your choices and requests

You can browse the site and join the launch list with optional analytics turned off. To request removal from the launch list or ask a privacy question, email partners@vegasroomdeals.com. For a launch-list request, use the email address you signed up with so we can locate the entry. Future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method.

You may also contact us about access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents in an initial email.

Security and retention

We restrict access to signup and analytics records to authorized site operations. We keep information only as long as needed for site operations, legal obligations, security, and the purposes described above. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
